Hi! I'm Katherine Leanne, the founder and maker behind Katherine Leanne Designs.
I've been making art for as long as I can remember and I'm passionate about creating anything and everything with my hands. Of all my hobbies, metalsmithing is my absolute favorite. I love taking the refined sheet metal and wire and turning them into realistic, nature-inspired, wearable art. As a self-proclaimed "maker of things", all of my jewelry pieces are one-of-a-kind and made by me. I hold a degree in graphic design, which influences my design aesthetic and inspires me to create pieces that are not only beautiful but also functional. Beyond jewelry making, I enjoy a variety of hands-on hobbies such as woodworking, sewing, painting, and photography.
